(1) The establishment shall have a separate fund.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received from educational fees and service charges,
(c) Amounts received as grants or loans from domestic or foreign individuals, associations, organizations or foreign governments,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) According to clause (c) of sub-section (2), the establishment shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal before receiving anything from a foreign person, association, organization or government.
(4) The funds of the foundation shall be deposited in an account opened in a commercial bank.
(5) All the expenses of the establishment shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(6) The operation of funds and accounts of the foundation shall be as prescribed.
